Dear Customer,
Thank you for choosing Kingdee's K/3 product.
To protect your legal rights and provide better user experience of
the Kingdee software, please register your software immediately
after installation. Before registration, please find
the sealed paper which contains your product S/N and CDKey inside
the product package. If the sealed paper does not exist, please
contact your Kingdee distributor immediately as the product S/N
and CDKey are required for registration. Please read this
registration guide carefully after finding the code seal. This
guide will help you to register your product successfully with
Kingdee. After successful registration, you will become a
registered user of Kingdee product. You can log in to the Kingdee
customer service center at any time to manage your registered
information and enjoy our excellent service.
Two methods are available for Kingdee K/3 V11.0 online registration
and verification: Hard Disk License and Smart Card License. You
can choose the appropriate registration method according to your
product. The online registration flow for hard disk license is
shown as below.
I. Product Installation
Please complete the installation of application server of K/3
V11.0 Multilingual Edition first. Then you can log in the Kingdee
K/3 A/C Set Management from application server of K/3
V11.0 and begin the product registration process.
(1) Log in to Kingdee K/3 A/C Set Management (Click
Start ¡ú Programs ¡ú Kingdee K3 ¡ú Kingdee K3 Server Configuration
Tool ¡ú AC Set Management).
(2) Select System menu.
(3) Click Sys Use Status to display Sys
Use Status dialog box.

(4) On the dialog box, click Software License Requirement
on the Control menu. Click Hard Disk
license tab if it isn't already selected.

(5) Click ¡°Hard Disk license¡± tab if it is not already selected.
Keep the ¡°Software Feature Code¡± handy with you, as it will
be needed in the online registration process further.

(6) Click ¡°Online Registration¡± button to begin the registration
process.

II. Online Registration
You must check the Product S/N and CDkey on the sticker inside
the product package carefully. Please contact the product distributor
of Kingdee in case you do not find it.
Complete steps of online registration:
(1) Please open the User Registration page http://reg.kingdee.com/en,
and input the product S/N and CDkey in the appropriate field textboxes
given. After inputting the verification code, click Register
to view the Company Information page.

Please complete the Company Information mentioning
your company name, address, customer type, industry, company scale,
etc.

(2) The Product S/N and CDkey will be displayed on the Kingdee
User Registration Form page. Please input software character
code in Software Feature Code (To find it,
please refer to the steps 1-5 Product Installation as mentioned
above) box, and click Ok button to go to the
next step Get License file. (Please see IV.
Get License file for more information.)

(3) Get License file. (Please see 4.Get License file
for more information.) Please read End User Software License
Agreement of Kingdee carefully, and click Accept
button to go to the Get License page.
III. Get Software Feature Code
Please log in the Kingdee K/3 A/C Set Management
in application server to get Software Feature Code.
Full steps:
(1) Log in Kingdee K/3 A/C Set Management.
(2) Select System menu.
(3) Click Sys Use Status to display Sys
Use Status dialog box.

(4) On the Control menu, click Software
License Requirement

(5) Check the Software Feature Code.

IV. Get License file
After you have filled in the Kingdee User Registration
Form page, please read the End User Software
License Agreement of Kingdee carefully and click Accept
button to view the Get License page.

You have two ways to get License file,
(1) Download from internet: Click Download button,
the License file will be downloaded to your local disk. OR
(2) Receive it via E-mail: Click E-mail button,
the License file will be sent to the E-mail address that you have
registered on the product registration page.
Now, please follow the steps to import the license file into
Kingdee K/3 system by using the Import function of License file.
V. Import License file
Please log in the A/C Set Management in M-server
of K/3 to import the License file.
(1) Log in the Kingdee K/3 A/C Set Management.
(2) Select System menu.
(3) Click Sys Use Status to display Sys
Use Status dialog box.

(4) On the Control menu, click Software
License Requirement

(5) Click Hard Disk license tab if it is not
already selected. Click Import K/3 License button
to import the License file.

VI. Complete the product registration
After K/3 License file is imported; K/3 V11 will display the message:
Congratulations! You have registered successfully. Go
and enjoy K/3 products now.
